Truway Movers and Packers is a fraud-like, unethical, and extremely unprofessional company. They lure customers by acting polite and professional until they collect the full payment. Once the money is paid, their behavior changes completely and they show their real face.
I was assigned a so-called supervisor named Raj, who was completely irresponsible and dishonest. While my goods were being loaded from Gurugram and payment was pending, everything looked smooth. The moment the full amount was paid, all promises became meaningless.
They blatantly lied about the delivery date. Because of their false commitment, I was forced to stay in a hotel with my wife and child, paying hotel bills every day. The stress, inconvenience, and financial loss caused by these people is unimaginable.
After this, Raj stopped answering my calls entirely. No updates, no accountability. I had to chase their office staff endlessly before finally getting the drivers number. Only then did I learn the truth my household goods arrived 5 days later than promised, forcing me to spend extra money on accommodation due to their incompetence.
The nightmare didnt end there. Several of my items were broken and damaged, and despite charging for full relocation services, they didnt even assemble my bed and sofa. I had to spend my own money to fix and assemble everything. They showed zero responsibility for the damage they caused.
The most shocking part: my car had already reached Hyderabad, but they deliberately did not inform me. Instead, their staff was freely driving my car around Hyderabad without my permission. These people clearly forgot that my car has an in-car camera, which recorded their misuse. This alone shows the level of dishonesty and lack of ethics in this company.
Truway Movers and Packers has no professionalism, no integrity, and no respect for customers or their belongings. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, DO NOT fall into their trap.
