I have used their services twice in last 4 months; Once for shifting long distance(from Gurgaon to Pune) & Once for shifting my mom’s household from Panipat to Noida
I was completely clueless on the reliability & services of various packers & movers so I started by asking Agarwal P&M for quote. Their prices were the exact match for their arrogance & I literally shooed their representative away.
Then I checked the reviews of Trueway & thought of initiating a dialogue. On meeting their representative(Mr Subhash) my confidence increased & I finally decided to go for them
The best part of Trueway is their team, the guys are totally customer oriented & very accommodating. They agreed to everything we requested & were not too much fussy about any last minute changes to plan
The packing was done very well over 2-3 days & loading was super efficient, they took care of sending the fish from my aquarium in a separate aerated vessel in the front of the vehicle
The household reached Pune in 3-4 days & my car reached in a week. They spent three days(pre-agreed & payed extra for) to unpack & set even a fork & spoon in my house We had to take zero efforts for settling in
Encouraged by this service we requested for the shifting of my Mom’s household from Panipat to Pune. Since we have moved to Pune & Mom was with us. We entrusted Mr Subhash with the shifting. You won’t believe & think of this as a fake review but they went out of way to deliver on that & shifted the complete household without anyone from our side; just some neighbors to oversee the whole thing.
After that they couriered us the keys & bills etc. without any extra charge of fuss
I cannot expect anything above that in terms of customer service
