I decided to shift my goods from trueway packers and movers after reading these reviews, but it seems that all of these are planted by trueway employees .my good reached my place in a damaged manner . Number of packages came in opened condition, lot of things were taken out of the carton boxes . Many of the furniture pieces were badly dented certain things were completely broken and certain things missing.
The person who came to deliver the baggage on behalf of the co has certified. However he did not arrange to open and fix the furniture as was agreed. He also disappeared. I had agreed to pay Rs 7000/- extra for bringing my household effects in a separate truck by loading from my residence . They unloaded and reloaded twice. An insurance policy for Rs 3 lakhs was promised to me by national india insurance company however that was never given to me, they kept telling me that it has been taken and being sent to me. It was never sent.
The baggage came in 12 days against max one week scheduled. I have been put to substantial monetary loss and inconvenience. I want them to pay me compensation.
