Travelled back and fro to tirupati from hyderabad and in both the instances the flight was delayed an hour with out any prior info. This is not the 1st time as it has become a sick habit with this particular airlines and the worst part us there is no reasoning ever for their delay as the staff simply choose to ignore your questions. When we can penalize a passenger for misbehaving or stop them from boarding if they are late why cant such airlines be penalized for being always delayed
