I flew from Delhi to Mumbai with Truejet last year.
Their Check In counter is located at the extreme end of the Indira Gandhi International airport. It is not as attractive and well maintained as the other airlines.
The staff is rude and not at all courteous.The staff at the check in counter is very slow and not at all professional.
The attitude of the cabin crew is also not good.
The aircraft in which we were travelling looked quite under maintained and old.The seats were cramped and the leg room was inadequate.
The airlines is not punctual.The timeliness is poor. Our flight got late by 30 minutes.
