Trupti Ice Cream Parlour
Address- Plot no. 381, Sector 16, Gandhinagar, 382016.
I went to this Ice cream parlor for the first time when my Maternal Uncle told me about this parlor and how famous it was for its Ice cream and Lassi.
I love eating(rather say drinking) Lassis’ very much. So though it a pretty far from my stay, I preferred taking the taste of the Lassi there.
My Experience:-
I went there, I was shocked to see that there was a line of customers standing outside. At first I thought that there is some conflict that arose and told my Uncle to turn back, as I felt it to be risky.That was a good humor that I created, with my Uncle giggling at me. There was no conflict, instead the People were’official customers’ waiting for their turn to take their respective orders.There are 2 divisions of the’Trupti’, so they are able to address the customers and provide their orders as rapidly as possible, and so that that there is’Customer Satisfaction’.
We ordered some’Rajwadi Lassis’ and Royal chocolate and Vanilla Ice cream. I was happy to see that there were so many variety of toppings available.
Staff Service
They were aptly giving tokens to the customers while placing their orders. There is an LED board displaying the numbers. So there is some Transparency and discipline seen.
The staff is very generous over there, they respond in an apprehensive manner to whatever you cancel or add in your placed order.
So it is me, who is a regular visitor of the’Trupti wala’, on weekends or whenever I am in Gandhinagar. Though there is ample amount of enjoyment in the Ice creams
Changes that I felt:-
There is no place around the Parlor wherein the customers can sit, (though there are tables where you can stand) and enjoy their Ice creams, which is a drawback. There is less place for Parking.
Being a Gujju, I would suggest that everything is a bit costlier over there, though affordable.
Though every product of the’Trupti’ that I have tasted is very good and Cost effective.
