I have been using a water purifier from these people for past 2 years. I would like to mention that the water quality was good. The problem I faced is... 1. May be after 5-6 months of usage water was not coming. So I had to request for service. That time they replaced the initial filter it started working. 2. After few months once again problem... and this time they told me that all candles need to be replaced. They asked for 1 year Maintenance contract which was 3000 + so I opted for that.
So with this the water purifier was restored... The AMC also included 4 free services. 3. Few days later once again problem and this time they told that the motor is gone... and they replaced the motor... 4. The fitting was not done right so there was leak... and I had to call the service person to stop the water leakage. 5. My Annual Maintenance contract was about to expire.. ( AMC) and the company people told me that the AMC was about to expire they can send service person.
I agreed. 6. Service person called me next day... I was not at home.... the next day once again he called me, I was outside.. so he never came to my home. Finally during my next inquiries it is understood that it is recorded as the person visited my home. 7. Even before the AMC expiration my water purifier stopped working. When the service person came he checked and told that the motor is gone. He will replace the motor in 2 days ( As he had come on Saturday he said he will replace on Monday).... From here the nightmare started... 8. I might have called nearly 100 times to them. Each time they lie. They say that service person is on the way. Motors stock is not there...Tomorrow he will come. Today he is on leave... We have ordered for motor... next week surely it will be done...I will call you in 5 mins ( Did not call me once also)....etc..This went on for almost 3 weeks.. Finally the receptionist ( Sin....) promised me that it will be done in 2 days and she takes accountability of that. I told her I will give her 4 days. If this work is not done then I will never call them again but will put this incident in internet to at least caution people about purchases with Trustpure. 9 Today ( 17-Mar-2016) the 4th day completed and I am writing this. 10. Unfortunately I bought this product from the reference of my close friend for whom Varada... (Proprietor of this company)... is relative. It is clear to me that Trustpure company people are cheaters. They lie a lot. They are not professional. I would suggest you go for named product so that you don’t have to spend so much time in these cheaters. Hope this helps you to take important decision, and a lesson for that company that they can’t survive if they continue this.
