I have taken this program 5 months back influenced by newspaper ads. I was initially skeptical too looking at few low scored ratings.
Honestly, my experience with the program is extremely good. I lost 16kgs in 5 months just with their diet with no other exercise.
From day 1 they have assigned Dietitian who contacted me twice in every week. She guided me very well in terms of Dos and Donts.
The program would never make you feel starving, in fact you would end up eating more food but healthy and super foods. It is combination of what they provide and some items that you need to purchase from market e.g. Fruits, Vegetables, Brown rice, Brown bread, etc.
They have an excellent app where you need to feed data daily basis, visible to dietitian.
The success of the program depends on following the timing for the diet assigned and sticking to it.
You are provided option of cheat meal time to time so you dont lose your touch of eating outside food.
30-40 mins walk is recommended with their diet program, I could not follow but still lost 16 kgs in 5 months.
