Had a worst experience with Truww as they are very bad in planning and execution. The project manager kalai is not a efficient person as he made a mistake in our kitchen measurement and execution. We had a small pending work left which is installing led lights on false ceiling. due to housewarming pooja we postponed it after some days. by that time they asked me to put a positive review and promised me whenever I call them for pending work they’ll come and complete it. Ever since I am following him but he didn’t care about the pending work and didn’t even respond well. Still the work is pending and it is been more than a year we shifted to another location renting out that flat. totally irresponsible work from kalai and his team. He only cares about new projects and not even responded to my calls or message. Don’t get fooled by positive reviews. Kindly beware especially if kalai is your project manager.
