I purchased a sim card for my niece who was travelling to CAnasultanda for a year for higher education. I needed the card to be used in CAnasultanda and in Europe as she had a stopover and change of flight at Brussels.
We were told to use only 2 recommended networks which had an arrangement wit TSIM. on reaching CAnasultanda she could not access the networks which were recommended and despite coordinating with the TSIM team for over 2 days the card could not be activated and she had to keep in touch with family using the India Sim card and Wattsapp calling.
She subsequently bought a local sim card and therefore I wrote to TSIM at their email ID services@tsim.in for a refund of over Rs 4000/- I had spent to buy the card but have yet to receive a response. Repeated calling to their help line has no result, I get told that it will be processed. Off late even that nhassurance is not there and I keep getting pushed from one person in the organisation to other.
This is a dubious organisation without Cred824ibility and integrity. You should use Matrix which is much better, I have used their services in the past. These TSIM chaps are amateurs
