TTN broadband provide its service in HSR layout bangalore, intially they provide good service but now a days their service is worst. There are several reason why u should not take TTN broadband.
1) Charges- their plan charges are high and also they change plan charges manytimes in year. Also they dont have truly unlimited plans. all plans are limited after that u will get speed of 512 kbps.
2)No fiber optic cable- they provide service through normal cable wire not with fiber optic cable so speed always fluctuated never get maximum speed. again and gain modem hang and shows no internet connections.
3) Never pickup phone calls- they never pick phone calls u service is off. after calling 3-4 days they pick your calls.
4) Service is worst - if there is problem because of cable break nobody will come to solve your problem within 3 days.
5) No resolution of complaints- they never give resolution or response for any complaint which we launched online.
So I am going to suggest you dont take this broadband connection.
