My white banarasi saree has some sindoor stains so I choose to dry clean through Tumbledry. First of all, they delivered my saree after a week(promised to be delivered within 72 hours), then when I received the saree, I found out they didn’t erase the sindoor stains, overall the whole color of the saree has now changed to yellow and red. Later found out that they put lots of chemicals into it and as a result the saree quality has become pretty rough and the glow has already gone.
And lastly, they charged me extra for which they claimed they put extra chemicals for cleaning.
MOST PATHETIC LAUNDRY SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
PLEASE DON’T EVEN CHOOSE TUMBLEDRY FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CLOTHES.
