I had given my carpet for dry cleaning on 12th Oct with a delivery date of 15th Oct. I have still not received my carpet after 10days of delay but also no updates on the delay or what has happened to my order. I tried contacting the store Blr- Hope farm franchise, there is no response to my queries. When I tried reaching out to the central team I was told it will be delivered the same day but despite that I still haven’t received even an update on what happened.
I strongly recommend DO NOT TRUST & GIVE your items to Tumble Dry. They are very unprofessional. If there is 0star I would give that.
