I had booked shoe laundry pickup 4 days in advance and even had their customer support team confirm that they would deliver it in 24 hours.
To my disappointment I found that they never even turned up. They rescheduled my pickup by 2 hours even though their store operates 6 kms away from my residence. They rescheduled without my consent and without informing me.
Every time I call you customer service, their store guy calls me up to make me believe that they are working on the order.
Laziest and most irresponsible people in the shoe laundry business. I am never availing their service again considering they have greatly inconvenienced me. It is too late for me to get a last minute cleaning done from an alternate provider.
