When it comes to movie without a big actor and for actress vidya balan is the best option for this job because she can fill the void of that spot. She can make you lough but in this movie I think script was not at up to the mark. Jokes were it can bring a smile on you face. It will be a good option if you are feeling bore and not fully but will worth you money and time.
