TurboVPN’s website is devoid of resources, with minimal information, no live chat assistance, and no direct way to contact the service. Essentially, the website is a giant advertisement.


TurboVPN does have a FAQ page, which includes sections on how to install the software as well as a variety of other issues. You may learn more about subscriptions, the VPN’s privacy policy, and how to use the VPN on many devices simultaneously by visiting this page. There isn’t a guide to unblocking content here, unfortunately.


A ticket-based email system is also sorely lacking, given the lack of a live chat feature! Currently, there is no way to contact the supplier with questions or feedback.


If you’re utilising the free service, this isn’t a deal breaker; after all, you’re not paying for it. However, this is just another incentive to avoid upgrading to a paid subscription. I even tried emailing the privacy policy’s feedback email address, but no one responded.


Another thing to remember is that TurboVPN does not provide a money-back guarantee. Even if you’re dissatisfied with the service, you won’t be able to get your money back once you’ve given it to them. TurboVPN does provide a free 3-day trial, but you must first sign up for a subscription.
