I had horrible experience with Turkish Airways. travelled back from Munich to Mumbai after a long flight to my surprise baggage was missing.
I can understand this happens some times and there could be manual error but what happened there after is really bad.
I tried upload delayed baggage claim on Turkish airlines official website but site obviously was not working. I could not upload the claim.
I tried writing E mail, contacting on phone number which I got while filling missing baggage form at Mumbai airport. But E mail was not working. Phone number was not correct and I get the required help to upload claim documents.
Nobody picked up phone at sales office or other offices in Mumbai. It was like all Turkish contact points disappeared in a flash.
More importantly timings are really odd. My flight to Munich was at 6 AM morning that ensured I did not get sleep for whole night. All this is just not enough staff is uncooperative and arrogant.
Try to avoid Turkish airways far as possible to avoid further pain.
