Turkish airlines : Inhuman staff & worst services

I took my flight from Amsterdam to Delhi on 14th August 12:00 noon. During checkin process due to sharp edge /object on the counter my finger got sharply cut and badly injured. Blood was flowing like a water tap but


Turkish airlines staff was so rude in their behavior, instead of helping, lady on the counter asked me to leave the counter and come later.


There was no first aid available. I went all the way to other terminal on KLM counters and got my dressing done. I came back, stood again in the line and now another lady on the counter refused to check in my baggage due to


weight of 32.5 kg. I was ready to pay for excess luggage but she wanted me to put it in 2 bags( she quoted per bag limit is 30 kg.). Matter was sorted out after intervention by airport staff.


Forget about a smiling face, I was surprised to see all 4 ladies on checkin counters were so heartless and blunt. On my feedback on their behavior, lady on the first counter didn’t hesitate to advise me to not to travel by


Turkish. I’m a senior executive with a top class multinational and my first instruction to my travel staff was never to book any one in Turkish. Would be sharing my feedback on social media sites and with other passengers to


avoid such rude and misbehaved airlines.


Turkish airlines, I pledge not to travel your airlines even during my hardest need.
