Flew from London to Entebbe via istanbul
its without a doubt the worst service ive ever recieved. was so bad im making it my personal mission to go on every review site I can to warn people. with any luck theyll go out of business. ground staff in Istanbull have an attitude problem. I was lied to repeatedly after a delayed flight forced me to wait in istanbul for a connecting flight to entebbe. Was denied access to the airport hotel for reasons unknown.
Had to call the British high commissioner to assist us with access to the airport hotel as I feared ill treatment was racially motivated. within minutes of their involvement, a hotel room suddenly ’became available’. in retrospect, it probably want. they treated everyone like jerks irrespective of colour/ creed/ nationality! first and last time I will use turkish airlines. if I could give this airline a negative rating I would!!
