We were very regular to Turquoise Cottage, and we give you business of around Rs.6000/- a week. After spending so much if you have been insulted by a staff member, then this is insult of your restaurant not others. You have a manager (cant remember his name, hes got french beard and short height) things are going in the well. Hes very rude all the time with most of the people, illmannnered, illitrate, attitude(dont know for what reason) and in front of the other customers/guests he calls him a General Manager.And most important he should take/learn English Basic course along with the Personality Development course, then only he should think of working in service industry. The way he speaks is really bad...
I think you should terminate his services immediately as most of us has stopped coming there, you are loosing business. The lady there, the 2 Bar Tender, the Bouncer, stewards and the DJ, they are so lovely and asset to your place. theres only one problem that is the person I described. Please consider.
Your Food and Drinks are upto the mark and service also.
But,
Now we have become regular to Rgs and Sound of Music. Very Nice people there.
