Turtles All Way Down is a novel of John Green. It is genre of the book is romance and mystery. It is a fictional novel. The protagonist is a girl, named Aza who is suffering from a mental problem because of which she over thinks a lot. Due to this she appears to be self centered and selfish which makes her hate herself. She is threatened of a invasive disease which is c.diff.
The story starts with the investigation of a missing case of a billionaire who ran away because his house was raided. Aza and her best friend Daisy investigates the case so that they could get the reward. Eventually Aza falls in love the billionaire’’s son named Davis Pickett, who appears to be his childhood crush. They both become a great support for each other physically and emotionally . They share their thoughts and feelings but never confesses their love. Their love seems to be pure and eternal.
The book appears to be a full pack of love, friendship, and suspense. We find that in this book there is a continuous battle of Aza and her thoughts which makes it more interesting for the readers to see how she conquers them. It is a good book for those people who are going through a mental problem as in this book one learns that ’’Thoughts are just thoughts, not an action’’. This book also teaches us that being self centered does not not help anyone but hurts everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and would suggest this to all the novel lovers to read it once.
