Small nutshell

Latest update= One of my friends had to immediately leave for Chennai from bangalore and he asked for my Pulsar, inspite of being getting his bike TVS APACHE serviced just two days back.

He said. Apache is not a good bike.  a new problem which he is experiencing is something related to handle at high speeds. and its not a reliable bike for long distances.

Pros:

  1. Good paint quality(not expected from TVS)

  2. Good fuel economy, 48-54km/l in city conditions.( 149cc)

  3. Good acceleration - and reaches 80 km/hr easily

  4. Good for city conditions compared to Pulsar, Unicorn and CBZ

Cons:

This is a big blunder from TVS if you see the shape and size of the bike

It does not look like a 150cc bike.

Good for city conditions but you wont be having the feel of riding a 150 cc bike

Long legs not at all entertained by this bike. A 6 footer looks!@!@#%# on this bike.

Looks: not good, silencer is a Time-pass, Ugly headlight, not so impressive Dash board.

Sale went high in the early stage coz ppl were bored of seeing pulsar very often.

So these are the reasons this bike is rarely seen on the roads. or more correctly there are no sales for this bike anymore.

I suggest,

Do not go for it if you are a macho kind of a guy.

It is Made for those who have a small body structure but want some big fun.

Rest all is ok, the performance and all, you can read other reviews for that.

I dont have any ego problem on writing this review. I suggested one of my friends to buy this bike as looks were not at all important, but later we discovered all the above problems with this bike.

* Owners of TVS Apache- do not go mad with this review. It happens.

Thanks & Regards,

Amiya*
