This is Rohit...first of all I dont own an APACHE..and I dont have nething to do with the owner of it or their love for their bike....but i’m posting here to share a horrible exp of my friends bike who purchased apache just 5 months ago....
The experience abt it is...the engine started to give some crackling noise like something is broken in it...within few days the bike req the 1st service took to the service center the guys did something to it which helped the noise to stop but this was for very few days...
The sound started emitting again from the engine and this time it was less than a month that he did the 1st servicing now we need to go to vashi to a different service center...here the guys opened the engine in front of us(we neeed to spend 5 hrs) took out some broken pieces from the camshaft..(the bike is just 5 months old) replaced it witha new one..and we thought this will sort out the issue...
Now to his worst nightmare the engine started giving out the same sound and this time again we had to leave the bike in the service center and this time also they said the need to open the engine....now u guys tell me how effective is this to open the engine of a new bike for 3 time..within 5 months...
My friend also registered an online complaint on the tvs official website but failed to recieve any comments....so dont u think this is negligence from TVS dont u think that my friend is affecting is emotions for his bike....cmon we pay so much for getting a thing that we love..so cant we expect some good service from the company....plz give your advice to my friend here is his name and cell #....
