Hello everyone,
I am Rohan Handa.I am a second year mech engineering student.Till four days ago I used to go to college on a 1992 model kinetic scooter. That is why I needed an immediate replacement and after much deliberation went for the apache (kick start model).
Technical aspects can be obtained from somewhere else.
After the kinetic this bike is like heaven.OK , getting serious.I have driven pulsar and unicorn many times and gone on long drives on both of these bikes so I know what I am saying.
The great thing is that it is made for short people, most ideal fo people between 5 6
and 5 10.others are free to buy if the find it suitable enough for them.Gear tranmission is smooth, but after pulsar you have to be careful while letting go of the clutch on 1st gear.I nearly did a wheelie the first time I test drove it and my mom was standing right there and watching me!!!!head lamp illumination is great more powerful and bright than pulsar. The beam goes out atlest 75m on headers.City lights give it great looks.Tank shape is great, cause you dont need to worry about hurting your balls in case you brake hard(unlike pulsar).I ve got KS version with drum brakes in front. It gives good braking and I reccomend drum brakes for people who have spent lots of time on scooters and non disc brake vehicles. Its safer and there is not much diiference with disc brake vehicle, unless if you are buying this bike especially for stoppies.
mileage is around 50kmpl and steep turns are really easy with this machine.sound quality is between unicorn and pulsar.wheelies are real easy to do.
