When it comes to bikes, I had three bikes in mind: Pulsar 200 DTSi, Yamaha FZ and Apache RTR. The latest model of Apache RTR is such a brilliant model and I had the perfect luck to use it like my own. I was in bangalore sharing flat and my room mate bought this bike. He didn’t know how to drive at first, I taught him but I had the luxury of driving this bike daily like my own.
It is such a powerful bike. Great acceleration. Great control. I could literally zip zap zoom in Bangalore’s traffic without losing control. Mileage is also better than other bikes in the same category. Room mate bought the grey one. I wish he had bought the red color bike as I like red color more.
Servicing by TVS service center is also very good and convenient. The one we bought was 160 cc and I am used to driving a 200 cc Pulsar so I felt some lack in acceleration and power but then I got used to it and felt this is no less. Although if he had bought 180 cc bike, I would have taken it from him. I highly recommend this bike. Best in its class.
