I’m from Hyderabad, on 25-3-2013 (Dealer : MDH Racing, Banjara Hills), I got my new TVS Apache abs, from showroom..upto evening that bike is good. But while I was in traffic my bike engine was stopped suddenly..and I’ve tried about 30 mins to start . But no use..After 20 mins of walk along with my Apache 180, I’d reached home..and called to those people.
After long time they were responded and send technician..for that time problem was solved.next day bike was given to complete check-up, technicians saying that everything is ok. After two days, fuel is going on dropping from over pipe, its about 1 litre continuously. Those people are very irresponsible in giving the service. I’m returning my bike to showroom today itself. I never want to get back to TVS again.
Of course, it is a good product but not in service and customer care..just try yourself so that you can understand.
