I have a Centra it is just 14 months old. I had Engine problems with centra during the warranty period in less than 5000 Kms. I am facing problems with the VTI switch with fails often and I have to replace frequently. The worst service that I could found is of the TVS.
When ever we go to the dealer with a problem the service given to u is shit. I thought I would sell my bike but the resale is very low as 15, 000. I regret on investing on this bike. Apart from mileage the rest is bullshit on this bike.
Please don’t go to SHRI TVS in Hyderabad which gives you the worst service. The MD of this showroom deceives you. I had a very worst experience on my bike when my engine got broken. The MD is not ready to replace it even though it is under warranty.
The gear ratio is also very poor. I never expected this kind of service from TVS. Now I don’t trust any TVS products. One more important point is that we don’t find the spare parts for this bike in the City.
If you would like to buy this bike I sincerely suggest you not to buy this bike. If you want to buy a bike the best bike I would suggest is PULSAR.
