Last saturday my Samsung A 8 Star 64 GB Phone got blocked by TVS credit services displaying that due to non payment of EMI we have blocked phone.
I brought my Phone from Amazon and done full payment of INR 28000 by netbanking dated 23.01.2019,
From Last week since I was travelling and I faced hell lot of problems coz of this problem, I am continuously flowing TVS to provide the exact details on mail y you blocked my Phone. TVS credit services customer care is saying that seller has not paid last 3 EMI approx INR 15000 .
Amazon people is not also writing on mail that our distributor has done nothing like that. Amazon customer care is suggesting to go samsung store as this is technical snag.
I suggest all who reads this atleat not to buy cell phones from Amazon as they really dont care in such situations.
TVS credit services has poor customer care and third class response on mails .TVS blocked the phone without any information and hardly cares about customers
