I purchased a new TVS JUPITER grey colour on 27th April.Till now I don’t have any problem with it. Starts easily even in the morning.The econometer helps alot. Center stand is very easy to use. Headlight is great and the pass light is also very helpful. The best thing is its advanced shockers potholes are no longer worrying. Mileage till now is 35-38.After 2nd service it will increase(as told by tvs person).
Pickup is great. It is almost perfect but it produces little more sound than activa but not much.
Cons- produces more sound Looks
But the matt finishing on my grey jupiter makes it look a little bit better.
Overall it is the best scooter right now in the indian market.

I personally have tried Activa, Aviator, Access, Dio, Pleasure and many other scooters but this is the best according to me.

Edit: now getting mileage 44-50 .still running smoothly. No problems in starting.still the best!
