Very poor fuel efficiency

We bought a TVS Victor with disk brakes model 2016 in August 2016 from Solar TVS, Mysore Road, Bengaluru. The fuel efficiency is too low. We are getting a mileage of 46 kmpl as against 76 kmpl as claimed by the company. The dealer is incapable of providing any answer or support. We do not recommend the bike to any one.
