I give thumbs up

I am looking to buy an  scooter for some time now and am very confused with all the offerings scooter in the market.

I Have test ridden the TVS Jupiter a couple of days ago. TVS Jupiter - Very comfortable ride and handling, maybe due to the 12 inch alloy wheels. This is the scooter I am inclined towards.

I read reviews regarding the Jupiter and a lot of people complained about some sort of noise from suspension of front wheel. When I questioned the sales person at Sun Auto which is an authorized dealer for TVS, he acknowledged the issue and said it was only in the initial batch of scooters last year and has been rectified since.

My usage will be strictly in and around my area, not going to travel any long distance. I want a comfortable ride, decent handling and power, not concerned with mileage.

The other issue, if I may call it one, is the soft seat . These are very comfortable during regular city commute, but if you want to push the 110 cc scooter, then the suspension plays spoils sport and on long rides the seat foam sinks with the ride and passenger weight.

Besides these minor issues, I cannot think of any other negative point for this very well-built and refined scooter. TVS is known for its low cost of ownership and TVS Jupiter is one of the easier scooters to maintain. If you are in the market for a quality 110 cc scooter for long term use, the TVS Jupiter should definitely be on your shortlist. Being among the few scooters which have impressed us of late, I give the TVS Jupiter thumbs up.
