I have scooty Pep Plus for the past 3 years. I used to see mouth shut review before buying any products and according to the recommendation of the members I used to take decision. So I thought of giving my review to others so that they can get a good branded products in the market according to their need.
PROs:
1.Maintenance free
2.Good Pick Up
3.Good Luggage Space.
4.Moderate Mileage good for Scooty-42 KM
CONs:
1.Tyre-Easily wear out(only 15K KM)
2.Battery-1 Year -After 1 year it started giving me problem.
- The Service Center.
I used to service the vehicle only after every 3000 KMs and that too it comes only after 6 months.
Altogether the vehicle performance is good.
I want to say a lot about Service Center-
The story about Service Center:
During the month of august(2011) I left for service with the Sathya Motors, Chrompet on one Monday. The delivery date of my vehicle is Tuesday evening. When I rang them by Tuesday afternoon there was not proper response from them. again after repeated call to them they simply told the vehicle is not ready. Then I waited for another two days and after repeated call(fights) finally I got the vehicle from them on Thursday and that too when I was there they made me to wait for more than half an hour.
After quarreling with them, the service center manager asked me to pardon him for the delay in service.
I shall adjust that too but during delivery, the mechanic handed me the vehicle the front wheel was full of grease with dust and when I asked about it he simply told me it is not going. Then I just wiped off that with my finger and it went and then he started wiping that.
When I say there is leak in the engine oil they never bother about that instead they will make the kicker get jammed which was fine before giving the service.
After the service I got the same problem of Oil leak in the engine and the also the brake light malfunction. Once again I left for service after a week.
I left for service on Tuesday and they promised to give me on the same day evening as the problem is minor.
But this time they made me to wait another 2 days that too for fixing the engine Oil leak and the Brake light malfunction.
After two days only I got the vehicle that too the brake light issue was not solved.
The highlight of the service people over there is they said me they could not remove the rear wheel from the vehicle which I removed with the local cycle puncture shop one week ago.
This is the worst service center I have ever seen. So never leave service @ Sathya Motors, Chrompet.
So I have decided not to give serve to any TVS showroom because they are the cheaters that too Sathya Motors the Biggest cheater among them.
