I am sharing my bad experience of Aarna Motors Lucknow and TVS service, I was a genuine customer of TVS and have bought five bikes right from suzuki max 100 to apache and my last bike was scooty pep.
My experience with TVS this time was so horrible that I am writing this review,
I bought scooty pep on September 2023 the first problem I faced was after 1 month of usage, The vehicle was stopping automatically and would not start I gave it for service in aarna they said some sensor is gone and we have to replace it and un fortunately the sensor will be charged after a lot of arguments the finally agreed to change it free of cost but they charged me for service since it was unplanned service 15 days later I had this problem again this time they kept the vehcle for observation for a week and I had to manage without a vehicle and after a week they said its rectified and gave me the vehicle, four days later I again had the same problem this time I escalated it to the nodal officer of TVS got the call from 1800-258-7111.
They asked for my details and said will look into it and later no action was taken, Finally I had to live with the same problem I was just waiting for my free services to complete so that my vehicle warranty is not voided but this time aarna motors hardoi road crossed all limits they forgot to put the engine oil and my vehicle seized completely this was the worst service that I got when asked them how could they do this they blamed me saying I drained the oil this was horrible and they refused to take my vehicle for service again, I asked them to show the video recording where the have replaced the oil they refused do that I mailed the support team the nodal offices of tvs and everyone but no response they were just not bothered finally I had to give my vehicle for service to an mechanic and he got the vehicle back to life but I had to pay a fortune for all the mistakes of AARNA and TVS.
