I purchased scooty in 2010 and my scooty never give me so much problems in rainy season only the starting problem was there but it happens with all other vehicle too.. your bike give starting problem because you always button start it.
I suggest that every day when you go outside just once kick start it.. and whole day you can button start it .. when you speed up just remove your hand for second your bike will give you smooth riding... I never had battery problem because you have to take care of your bike you have invested money in it..
I regularly check up the battery, brakes, tyres of my bike... regularly do oiling to the engine...and your bike will never give you any problem... hope my suggestion make difference..
