TVS Scooty Pep+

I bought scooty pep+ for my father two years earlier. One of the TVS poor product is scooty pep+. Initially it was doing well. All the service done in a  TVS service center only. But after a few months began to give many noises. I mention service in each service agent when delivered after the service, the sound will not come. After a few days, again it starts screaming.

TVS company has poor customer service. Bike has very poor control, I found accidents sometimes their spare parts are not readily available. I prefer other scooters but not scooty pep.
