Scooty pep+ sucks

I have scooty pep+ and it is serving me very bad and its battery get down easily and its horn is not working properly I dont want to give it 5 star and 5 star it is not perfect for scooty pep+ and I had worked on it 5 or 6 time and last night my scooty tyre has cutted down and I will sell it as cheep as I can don’t buy it
