=VERY SENTIVTE MILEAGE BIKE(difficult to get mileage)=

Answer: 3.5 months.

Question: Does this give good mileage?
Answer: Yes and No.
Question: Why you are saying Yes and No both?
Answer: There are many conditions you need to fulfil to get good mileage.
Question: Where in India you drive this bike?
Answer: Bangalore.
Question: What mileage you get with this bike?
Answer: 43-60 kmpl.
Question: Oh, that is a HUGE RANGE! Now please explain the conditions you were mentioning to get good mileage.
Answer: Some of the conditions are very difficult to be met in Bangalore traffic conditions in office hours. But what to do, you go to office only in office hours isn’t it?:).
Maintain proper tire pressure. Service center adviser told me to check pressure every week during the summer. As per him, to get good mileage with TVS Sport, proper tire pressure is very important.
Try avoid frequent breaking. Again this is very difficult in Bangalore, especially when I need to drive in busy narrow lanes in smaller localities.
Try avoiding frequent gear change. Ha ha again very difficult for same reason as above.
Do not accelerate too much. Accelerate slowly. Well, you need to have PATIENCE to achieve this, as we are always IN HURRY to reach our destination. Some how I managed to achieve this :).
Try driving the bike at constant speed around 40. I get very less distance to maintain this speed on my way to office.
So, if you manage to fulfil the above conditions, expect to get approx 60 kmpl in Bangalore also! Yes, I myself got it when I could met above conditions. But my usual road to office is not so good with more traffic, so usually I get around 43-50 kmpl.
>RIDE QUALITY
Question: what’s the gear ratio?
Answer: 1st gear(0-10 kmph), 2nd gear(10-20 kmph), 3rd gear(20-30 kmph), 4th gear(>30 kmph).
Question: How is the Ride quality?
Answer: Considering the gear ratio, we need to change gear very frequently in city traffic. So, we need to get adjusted to it. And sometimes it’s very irritating thing to do:(. So be ready for this if you are to drive this bike in city traffic.
Question: Is the ride comfortable?
Answer: Well it’s okay. Comfort wise it is at par with other 100cc bikes. Breaking is poor and you feel when you apply breaks at speeds above 40 kmph and you do not feel comfortable with breaking.
