My first & best bike

My Name is Harsha and I am from Bangalore.  MouthShut_Official.com reviews helped me in choosing my first and perfect bike. Let me share my experience.

I was looking for a basic 100 cc bike , with some good looks and a good mileage

My choices were

1) Hero honda splendour -  popular but not as strong as its ancestor , same old look. , expensive now

2) Bajaj Discover - decent mileage, features, looks - doubts on reliability

3) Honda Twister - considered the best 100cc with funky looks , expensive

4) TVS Sport - decent , sportive look , good mileage , good price.

5)  Yamaha YBR - good bike, but not so popular , little expensive

I bought my bike 2 months back , the green and black finish stylish decent TVS sport @ Rs.48000 ~/ in bangalore. The style of this bike is really eye catching and sportive.

Wat makes it special ! This are my views after riding it for 500KM before 1st service

1) Black alloy wheels and and black finish to the engine

2) Superb self starter - ( 100 cc bike )

3) Wonderful balance- riding is very comfortable , Easy to handle

4) Good mileage - I get around 60-65 before 1st service

5) Good ground clearence - 165 mm

6) Attractive mirrors , Head Lamps , Tail Lamps and decent graphics

7) Good brakes - shoe type.

8) Light weight - easy to handle in parking lots.

I had observed problem in key assembly which required some effort in powering ON the engine , not sure whether it requires servicing.

Overall a wonderful bike for beginners and those who are looking for 100 cc bike at a good price. Go and Test ride this beauty !!!

After  1000 km !!

1) After first service , I see a superb improvement in bike handling . Thanks to the service centre here. They suggested a teflon coat . After this , bike with 1 cloth scrub , looks neat, new look & kul.

2) Now my bike reading shows 1, 050 km . Till now I have filled Rs.1200 worth petrol and still around 1.5 litre in reserve. So a very good mileage of 70 km / litre considering I am a beginner, great !  Expecting the same performance in the future . Wil update the review after 2nd service .
