TVS Star city 110cc bike started giving me problems right after 10 days of the purchase. Mileage is 45 km /litre and not as claimed by the company.
Several complaints such as Engine switching off during low speed, Noisy, low mileage were not properly addressed during any of the company service.
Worst part is within 13 months Crank Shaft has failed and needed replacement. In spite of the regular service in TVS showroom, I am asked to pay about Rs.2000 towards fixing charges.
Customer service is very bad. Please, Please don’t ever opt any of the TVS product.
