I was very thrilled to get hands on my first scooter - Honda Activa, whih I bought on Oct 3rd, 2006. After a long wait, I could finally enjoy the smooth ride & the comforting pleasure driving in city roads. This is easily one of the best scooters, equally suitable for both the sexes.
My bad experience started after I began giving my Activa for Free Service at JSP Honda (Choolai) in Chennai. I was not satisfied by the service. The bike seemed very unusual and I didnt feel the ride to be the same.
Their staff are the worst, they dont pay heed to customers’ requirements. They are not trained on how to speak to their invaluale customers. I even tried giving many complaints to their HEad Office, but it all falls to dead ears. The Bosses, it seems that, has made a lot of money and is not at all interested in his customer welfare. I dont understand how these illiterate people land up as Authorised Distibutors and Servise Centers.
In this part of world, you are an alien, if you cant speak, talk or understand tamil. The staff are 0% courteous and they can respond to you only in tamil and nothing more than that.
Erratic Staff, Erratic Service.
You d be better off to service your bike at outside mechanic shop; atleast he ll earn some hard money, instead of JSP Honda’s lazy buggers.
I feel very bad to be associated with JSP Honda.
However, Activa is the Scooter I d love to drive on any given day.
