They charge money with out reason, they simply charge for the same parts again and again. make some how bill raise. ex changed Spark plug for most of the service.
Staff does not know hospitality, they are rude and not bothered to respond.
The them self does not have basic parts, they required 10 days to get a part.
They leave the bike with some error.
To rectify the problem they always tell to change the part itself.
They have customer care who frequently call and ask for rating and they force us to give 9/10 which I don’t.
07.They don’t give on time, they make us wait unnecessarily.
They loose the bolt/washers or some parts and charge on us.
They once broke they key and suggested me to change the entire lock system.
Just for normal service they cost Rs.2500/-, they never billed lesser amount.
After service my horn and battery stopped working, then later rectified free of cost.
They have no value for customers, they think they are doing us favor.
