Victor rules!!!

Pick up: Excellent pickup as compared to most other 110 cc bikes like Splendor, passion, caliber, etc.

Speed: here’s one area where Victor doesn?t really excel. Once you cross 55 - 60, the engine tends to roar a little louder. But I guess at the mileage you get, a speed of 60 kmph. would be decent, specially on city streets.

Mileage: Gives a decent mileage of approx 60 kmpl. at an average speed.

Looks: I don?t really like the looks of Victor much. Specially the tank (Victor 125 has a comparatively better tank). Also the bike looks little shrunk in terms of length. My younger bro fit it with the handle of Bullet to give it the looks of a Sports bike - LOL.

Lights: Victor has one of the best motorcycle headlights. Also the taillights in the new Victor GLs look beautiful.

Suspension: One area where Victor ROCKSSS!!! has got excellent suspensions as compared to almost all other bikes, specially the Bajajs.

Seat: Victor’s got broader seat to add to your comfort. but hey!! There?s one thing I don?t like about the seat - to remove it is a pain - You have to take out both the side covers, and then undo 2 huge bolts.

Stand: Good - easy to use. I can put the bike on the main stand even by sitting on it ;-) I think, a side stand indicator should have been included, to avoid accidents of careless riders like me.

Service: IT SUCKS BIG TIME!!! Atleast the 2 service stations in Mumbai (Goregaon & Bandra). Every time I have taken my bike for servicing, I have had some problem or the other with the bike. They damage parts, and then you have to purchase them. Also the settings are messed up most of the times. I prefer getting it serviced by my local mechanic. I love my bike and all its parts.

Overall performance: I would say it?s a satisfactory bike overall. Although, I doubt the metal they use. It caught a little bit of rust in spite of applying anti rust to it (here again, I got it done at the service center at Goregaon - they say they applied colourless anti rust. So I don?t know whether I have been fooled). But my friend’s Pulsar didn?t rust at all in spite of being parked open in the rain every day without anti rust. So I doubt on the metal being used by TVS.
