My neighbor wanted to buy a second hand bike and bought a victor, and asked me to see how it was. It was a real pain riding this. Horrible suspension, horrible engine, which was returning only 15 kmpl (Tata Sumo gives more than this!).
Worst part was that the bike was in second gear. On trying to put it on neutral, the gear got jammed, which had to be dismantled. I like the non geared range of tvs but this has given me a very bad opinion about tvs geared bikes.
Buy only if you want to waste time and money.
