TVS Victor really offers excellent quality at a highly competitive price. I purchased the bike a month back and tuned it to strike a balance between fuel efficiency & performance.
If you want power & pickup tune the bike to deliver around 50 kms/litre and Victor can beat just about every (97 - 117 cc) 4 stroke bike except the energy/adreno. If fuel efficiency is a concern tune it to around 60 kms/litre and still you get enough power to climb flyovers in 4th gear with a pillion rider with decent pickup.
The best part of the bike is the suspension & shockers which can give you a very comfortable ride with the best handling characteristics in the above class. Although there are a few minor glitches like low ground clearance & absence of rpm meters, fuel filler cap not attached to the tank etc, but nothing really important and the TVS Victor is an excellent bike worth every dime.
