Is it really victorious?

I am an enthusiast of motorcycles, and hence I am giving you my honest answer. TVS Victor, as a machine is good; say in terms of low maintenance. Good quality of the product, no doubt.

But lets look beyond that. For what we are paying for it, is it really good value for our money? Or are we just succumbung to the crores of rupees they have spent on advertising the product?

The Vicotr is prices at Rs.45000+ and has a 110cc engine. The looks of the vehicle are not attractive. Sure now they have made bold colors, but look at the shape of the tank. It looks like an ugly long thin vehicle. How will you be proud to drive such an ugly motorcycle when there are so many other options? Or shoudl we ignore the looks just because everyone else is buying it. Lets consider the size of the engine and its refinement. For Rs.36000 instead, you can get a 100 or 110cc engine if you go for the Kinetic Boss. This vehicle not only looks better, but try taking a test drive. You will see that even though its power is not as much as the Victor, the comfort (pay attention to the foot rest for back driver also), stability, suspension (they have used the best in India) is unmatched. It gives me an average of 75+ on road! Whereas my victor just gives me 58. Also I have had no problems with either bike.

I agree you see a lot more victors on the road. But I feel if you are making a wise decision, you should not be a goat following the pack, but a decision maker. As far as value for money goes, Go for the Boss. ITs truly a good effort by Kinetic.
