Hi Everybody,
I am a owner off the TVS Victor GL Bike since July 2003 and have decided to write my review on the same on the basis of my experience since the last 3 years. It did turn out to be a wonderful bike in the first 1.5 years. But after that, the bike is really not worth reckoning with. I would like to give reasons for the same.
1. Fuel Efficiency: The fuel efficiency is the maximum in the initial months (60 kmpl +) but then it starts to reduce gradually with the passing time.
2. Smoothness: The bike is really bad in terms of smoothness while accelerating or decelerating. It deteriorates constantly on this factor with increasing age and after 3 years it has really become a burden for me.
3. Body Parts: The shock, absorbers, fuel tank, brakes, and many other parts start to give the rider a bad experience and even worse to the pillion rider.
Therefore, I would not rate TVS Victor as the best of the lot. It is ok for those who change bikes every 1 or 2 years but not for those who are looking at keeping it for longer and be loyal to the company.
