March 20 - Updates
I spoke to Venkat Krishnan (Head of Dealer Karnataka) and Dinesh TVS Engineer, they said they will take care of issue but no response from them again. I left my scooter 17th March till now its lying in show room.
Today - I spoke to him again and he said he is coming to see the vehicle in show-room. I am waiting for tomorrow and exited to listen what’s he is going to say.
FYI - they have replace the spare-parts from NEW SCOOTER instead of spare part but no luck problems remains same. Now I confidently say that "DEFECTED PIECE." Even if you want to buy from them, please make sure that you don’t have my scooters parts in your new scooter.
