Not satisfied with fuel consumption

I am not satisfied with fuel consumption of TVS wego company saying fuel consumption is 70/75 km/ltr but in acutal I am getting average of tvs wego is 35/40 km/ltr its to much differant and other one thing is petrol quoter pin also having problem alway comfort is ok for laides , , handling and comtrol also fine looks also good but as compare to price of this tvs wego I am personally not satisfied with fuel consumption
