Fuel consumption is bad. Comfort and handling are ok. Reliability is below average. Quality is poor. Battery is horrible. Has got starting problems. From day one I noticed electrical disorders.
If buying from kubera motors read the below case and then decide to buy.They are so bad that they don’t even deserve 1 star. Bad after sales service. Bad customer goodwill/treatment. I bought tvs wego recently. I had asked the marketing fellow named Darshan to send one person to my house with the wego for delivery which is near by the service center. As my office is far and by the time I reach it becomes late and the service center time is upto 7pm as the showroom people claims. He had agreed. But at the time of delivery the marketing fellow said he cant deliver at home as no persons are there in the service center. Asked Rs. 50 for delivery so that he can arrange for outside person. So cheap fellow.
My wife somehow managed to take the wego home on her own. Another pathetic thing was they had just left 100ml or less petrol in the wego. I was fortunate that my house was near by. Otherwise it would have been a nightmare for my wife where to fill petrol .. etc etc.. . They don’t have quality check it seems. From the firstday it self the wego has got electrical sparks i.e burning. They delivered the bike with out writing nunber on plate. TVS claims mileage is 62KMPL. But the kubera markiting fellow Darshan claims the wego gives 64KMPL mileage. So funny. Perhaps that guy knows more than the TVS engineering team. I bought wego because I couldn’t wait months for Honda activa/ suzuki access. Also I had thought kubera tvs is near to my house and thought after sales service will be good. But not.
That is the mistake I did. I am sharing this because I dont want people to be fooled and suffer like me. I will insist go for the tried and tested and take live user reviews then only buy. Hope TVS will take action against kubera motors and become more quality conscious if they want to compete against honda/suzuki/hero etc.
