I bought Wego in Jan 2011, soon after it was launched. I liked the 12" alloy wheels, telescopic suspension, body balance, low seat height and all other crap. Pick up was nice too.
Initial 6 months, Wego was awesome. I felt I made the best decision, however, the engine became pathetic after a year or so.
Poor pick up, average mileage and the screws became rusty, it is simply not a long term product say like a Hero-Honda splendor.
The only good point is, it is great for short riders and ladies. I’m not a tall guy, I’m 5 6" male - I’m not comfortable riding this; will get back pain, when riding for more than 10 km in city traffics.
Consider Swish, it is a good product. I do not know about Mahindra scooter’s. Activa engine is good, but personally did not like the style and its heavy weight feel.
Finally guys and gals, engine is very important, build quality should be nice, mileage is also important in India, do not fall for style or alloy wheel’s while buying two wheeler.
